The Hyatt Regency Mission Bay is located just 15 minutes outside of San Diego, and serves as a great resort getaway just minutes from Downtown. Having just undergone a massive renovation, this property now feels like a contemporary Hawaiian oasis. Guests are met by a lobby that is clever, hip and resort like. Sea World is just two minutes away, as well as a variety of other outdoor leisure activities. Guests will enjoy newly upgraded accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay. Rooms are calm and contemporary, and some feature wonderful views of the Bay and the San Diego Skyline. Pay close attention to your individual room selection, as some offer much better views than others. All rooms are outfitted with the Hyatt “Grand” Beds, which are certain to provide a comfortable night’s sleep. The newly outfitted Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa & Marina will appeal to a variety of travelers, particularly those seeking a relaxing yet fun-filled getaway. General Tips: This Hotel has 4 Buildings: "The Tower", "Bay I" (Room Numbers begin with "19"), "Bay II" (Room Numbers begin with "19"), and "The Suites". "The Tower" offers the best Views for Standard Rooms, and some note that these rooms are the most preferred. "Bay I" is a low rise building, closest to the lobby. "Bay II" is a low rise building, with some rooms directly facing pool. "Suites" building directly faces the Marina and has great views, but furthest from the lobby and pool area.
