The Blackstone Hotel, a Renaissance Property, was originally built between 1908 and 1910, and often referred to as "The Hotel of Presidents." Renaissance Hotels has recently renovated The Blackstone and brought it back to what it once was, a Chicago Hotel Gem. Renaissance has invested an incredible amount of attention to detail in The Blackstone and added a contemporary yet elegant twist on this historic icon. Upon arriving at The Blackstone you are instantly reminded of this hotel's past, but also refreshed by an endless amount of contemporary sophistication. The Blackstone is located on S. Michigan Avenue in the soon to be "SoLo Distric" (South Loop) area of Chicago. Guests can take a ten to fifteen minute walk to most Michigan Avenue shops, and also enjoy the many neighboring attractions such as Millenium Park and Local Museums. Guest rooms at The Blackstone have been meticulous upgraded to include fabulous new layouts, luxurious bedding, and bathrooms that leave nothing to be desired. No detail was spared in this renovation.
