This historic turned trendy boutique lies in the heart of the city, just steps from Union Square and some of San Francisco’s best shopping. Formerly the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco, the Clift has been transformed into a trendy boutique with attitude. Guest rooms are minimalist in décor, and room sizes vary. Even with the largest rooms however, bathrooms tend to be on the small side. The Clift caters to a variety of travelers, including both business and leisure, but trendy is definitely the theme.
