Originally built in 1999 from the ground up, the W San Francisco is certain to satisfy the hippest guest. True to the W brand, this hotel is hip, contemporary and full of style. Centrally located, next to its sister hotel the St. Regis, the W is within walking distance to Moscone Center, shopping and restaurants. While most guest rooms tend to be on the smaller side, views from higher floors can be great! There are few rooms on each floor (compared to most hotels) and we especially suggest requesting a corner room if at all possible. Corner rooms tend to be larger in size, and generally offer more than one window, which makes for great viewing opportunities on higher floors! All guest rooms were renovated as of 2007, so you can expect a fresh new twist in each room. Rooms now feature a brighter motif, with a more playful attitude. This is a high energy hotel, and the lobby and bar tend to become quite the scene at night.
